At this stage, the items pass through the painting booth, where the uniform and uninterrupted application of the powder on the surface of the metal objects is ensured. The automatic and manual spray guns apply the electrostatic paint onto the rails.

Skilled technicians, in collaboration with the EXTRACOLOR chemical laboratory, create the correct paint mixture to be fed into the robotic unit, where the paint will be applied to the items.

Inside the painting booth, specialized technicians apply paint to the metal items using special spray guns, which ensure flawless and fast results for every shade of electrostatic paint. Inside the booth, they have the ability to inspect and correct the results if necessary. At this stage, the items pass through the chamber where the spray guns apply the electrostatic paint onto the rails. The specialized robotic spray guns, as well as the manual ones, with the monitoring and control of the human operator, ensure the uniform application of the paint powder.

The painted items are automatically transfered along the rail and placed in the oven to stabilize the material before further inspection. When the aluminum pieces are removed from the painting booth, the quality of the powder coating on the profiles is checked before they enter the curing oven.
