In the Extracolor electrostatic unit, the aluminum goes through a special treatment before applying the electrostatic paint. We create a special sublayer on the aluminum surface, through chemical treatment with polyester resins, to protect the metal to be painted, from corrosion and to enhance the color of the paint. In this anti-corrosion treatment methodology, there are unlimited color options, with a differentiated visual effect, different texture, glossy, matte or sagre.
We cover a wide range of colors with the strongest suppliers of colour powders on the market, such as RAL GLOSSY, matt, metallic and special sable shades, which also meet the new ultra-resistant specifications according to CLASS2 and 3 standards.
